Kloudlite provides cloud development environments, workspaces, and related tools that enable developers to write, test, and deploy code. Our Services include but are not limited to workspace management, environment provisioning, and service integration capabilities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLOUDLITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kloudlite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
